Important Information / Terms & Conditions (Summary)

Contract & Booking

By submitting the online booking, you make a binding offer. The contract is only concluded once we send you a booking confirmation. Please have your booking confirmation/payment receipt ready at the start of the course.

No Right of Withdrawal

Our services qualify as leisure services. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations.

Cancellation / Withdrawal

Free cancellation is possible up to 31 days before the start of the course (email is sufficient). After that, cancellation is only possible with our written consent; in case of no-show or late arrival, the full course fee must be paid.

Course Organization (Groups)

Group courses may be merged if necessary (e.g. in case of a low number of participants). A change of instructor may occur for organizational reasons.

Weather, Force Majeure & Cancellations

If lessons cannot take place fully or partially for safety reasons (e.g. weather conditions, avalanche risk), we will decide at our reasonable discretion. In case of (partial) impossibility, you will receive either a credit or a proportional refund for the part not provided.
Force majeure (e.g. official measures) releases both parties from their performance obligations.

Meeting Point & Punctuality

Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Meeting points may be changed at short notice; you will be informed accordingly.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Ski passes and equipment are not included in the course fee. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract and must be received by us at the latest before the start of the course. Any bank charges are borne by the customer.

Liability & Insurance

Snow sports involve inherent risks. Accident and liability insurance is recommended and is the responsibility of the participants. Except in cases of personal injury, we are only liable for intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for rescue and recovery costs (except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent causation on our part).

Participant Obligations

Please provide truthful information about your skill level/experience, ensure suitable equipment (including properly adjusted bindings), and follow the instructors’ instructions. Participation under the influence of alcohol/drugs or in cases of serious misconduct may lead to exclusion from the course without any right to a refund.

Photo & Video Recordings

Photos and videos may be taken during activities and used for marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.). Any objection must be submitted in writing before the start of the course.
